Los Cap will be performing at 4:30pm next Wednesday in Glebe Park as a part of the Park Live 05 Australia Day Festival. Now obviously because its the Australia Day Festival anyone who doesn't come clearly isn't Australian and will be sent to Woomera to think about what it means to be an Australian. So to all you terrorist non Australians who don't come to Glebe Park and who aren't Australian, keep an ear out on the hand made ham radio you smuggled into the detention centre and you might be lucky enough to hear some Los Cap shenanigans going down on FM104.7 earlier in the day.

In Other radio related news, Los Cap CDs will soon be available to purchase at 2XX HQ in civic, so keep your ears peeled for Los Cap Ska, coming to an airwave near YOU.

Word to all the dope ass homies who made it to the show on Friday night. I'm sure that everyone who went will agree that all the bands definitely turned it on something dead tough and showed everyone a really top time. A heck of a lot of well rude skanking went down all in the name of charity; props go to Andrew for organising the event and raising a truck load of money for the tsunami disaster.

Unfortunately this Friday's gig will NOT be an all ages event. Massive apologies to all the underage rude boys and girls, rest assured we'll be cracking out some more underage stuff real soon including the massive Australia Day festival in Glebe Park.

Los Capitanes will be playing at the Ground Floor next Friday night along side 104 band Me the Conqueror, Penguin and Pot Belly Champs Static Empire to raise money for the Tsunami disaster. We're told that the event is being covered on local television and a massive new sound system is being brought in especially, so come along and see the best live music Canberra has to offer and support this awesome cause. Well now its the year 2005 (year of the shaved llama), which means that basically anything that happened last year is SO last year and obviously anything happening this year is SO this year. As a result Los Capitanes has decided that the only way to stay hip and/or happening is to party like its 2006. So strap yourselves in for another year of manking (manic-skanking) and Absinth fuelled los cap shenanigans, the ska insurrection is at hand!
